A collection of functions to search and download Digital Surface Model (DSM) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data via APIs, including 'OpenTopography' <https://portal.opentopography.org/apidocs/> and 'TNMAccess' <https://apps.nationalmap.gov/tnmaccess/#/>, and canopy tree height data.
