gpboost
Combining Tree-Boosting with Gaussian Process and Mixed Effects Models
An R package that allows for combining tree-boosting with Gaussian process and mixed effects models. It also allows for independently doing tree-boosting as well as inference and prediction for Gaussian process and mixed effects models.
