Lioness Algorithm (LA)

Contains Lioness Algorithm (LA) for finding optimal designs over continuous design space, optimal Latin hypercube designs, and optimal order-of-addition designs. LA is a brand new nature-inspired meta-heuristic optimization algorithm.
